WHAT
SHOULD I PAY FOR AN ANTIQUE MAP?
When purchasing maps
always buy from an established and reliable dealer.
Ask the antique map dealer how long they have been
in business. Most dealers are honest and would never
try to deceive a customer.
The nearest thing to
a price guide is the biannual publication of "Antique
Map Price Record and Handbook" by Kimmel Publications.
You may order a copy through this web site by clicking
here. We have the current 1997-2001 price guide
as well as the following years, 1993, 1995, and 1996.
We also have other reference
books available, Click

Please e-mail
us for quotes, but please be sure to be specific about
your interests - we have too many maps to quote all
of them.
In
any case, it is best to buy from established dealers.
Reputation and a long history in the business is your
best guarantee of a fair price.
